On Tuesday, the New Philip Pelusi Salon at “The Block” in the North Hills was inspected by the State Board of Cosmetology and I am proud to announce it is now officially licensed and ready to open as soon as the mandated shutdown ends! It is another stunning addition to the our salon group.
