I have been with Philip Pelusi for 23 Years in May. Watching an individual’s talent grow and become a master behind the chair is a wonderful thing to see. Knowing that I played a part in their success brings happiness to my heart and soul. My goal when training a new Designer is to help them become the best that they can be. I’m always hopeful that they will become better than those who trained them so they may become the future trainers!
