I’ve been with the company for 8 yrs. I like presenting because I love sharing my techniques and the knowledge I’ve learned over the years with others, both new designers and veterans. I love that our salons are so enthusiastic about training and bettering each other as a team and the love of hair that we all share. My favorite is trend color training. Coming up with fun techniques that are everyday wearable is my favorite because it’s something we do everyday. Most people want wearable hair, not flashy, and I like to make that creative, rather than mundane and cookie cutter. Customized for that particular client.
