Subject: Experience at Robinson Township Salon

I wanted to tell you about two very special people at the Robinson Township location. My mother and I have been going there for years. Julie has taken care of both of us. My mother had a stroke and needed extra time and Julie was wonderful with her. Julie made my mother feel special and my mom looked forward to seeing her. As the years passed , I had to go myself since my mother’s health deteriorated. Last week, Julie and Jim (at the front desk )noted that I was extremely sad. My mother had been placed on hospice and I knew my days with my sweet mother were limited. Julie spent extra time with me and was so supportive. As I was paying, Jim noted my tears and walked me to the malls exit door. These acts of kindness meant the world to me. It warms my heart to tell you that you have amazing people who do an incredible job. It’s so difficult to say goodbye to someone you love. However, difficult times are made easier when people care. Please let Julie and Jim know how much I appreciate them.
