Paige is rockin’ products at RP!!!  Dani shares, “Another shout out to Paige!  She educated and sold 10 products to two Walk-in Guests today!!!!!  We have a contest at Ross and for each product that is educated and purchased the designer gets a tree with the dollar amount for each product on the back of the tree.  At the end of the month we tally up the dollar amounts and the designer with the highest amount wins a prize!  Have to say Paige usually takes it every month!!  And with this sale I’m sure this will push her way over the top!!  Paige was THE perfect pick to be a Product Specialist!!  Her skills are unreal!!  Just another Positivity Report for our Paige!!”  WOW thank you Paige and congratulations!!  Your dedication and awesome education skills proving great results!  And the guest benefits too with fabulous hair they can recreate at home!  Thank you also Dani!  You are a positivity machine!!!  And this pic of Paige is great!! ~ Nikki

Got this great email from Dani sharing another amazing product education initiative created by RP Product Specialist Page!  Dani writes, “Just thought you should see the folders that Paige created for each designer!  The product of the week, along with any info sheet she has refocusing on each product, now has a cute little home!  They are at our stations and the designs she created just shows her background in Art/Creative Design.  Paige is constantly thinking of new ways to educate us on all of the products and treatments we have!  Just a little update on our amazing Paige!”  Time, thought, effort, creativity and Pelusi product passion!  Thank you Paige!  Also thank you Dani for always sharing the good things the RP Product Specialists do! ~ Nikki

A big thank you and congratulations to RTM Product Specialist Miranda for an amazing job assisting at yesterday’s Consultation Power Class!  The students loved her!  She was very well prepared and brought her “A game” both in content and presentation skills taking things to a new level!  Appreciate all you put into getting ready for the class Miranda.  All of this is so important as we are helping train a brand new generation of stylists at Philip Pelusi!!  Great to work with you again too. ~ Nikki

Paige has started another product education initiative at RP to help support the salon!  I asked her to tell me about it and Paige shares, “I first thought of doing this when one of my coworkers asked me which product I would recommend over the other, and it hit me we have another education possibility.  By really understanding why we choose products that are similar to each other, knowing more details as to why we are choosing that product in particular allows us to customize to our guests even more.  Which creates an even stronger trust, and positive relationships with our guests, while providing them with the best course of styling and hair care that’s unique to them.”  Genius idea!  Congratulations Paige for all you do and for another supportive product education initiative!  Awesome! ~ Nikki

More Tela Treatment wow moments at RP!  Product Specialist Regina shares, “Ross Park did 3 Tela Root to End Recovery Treatments today!  Paige and Jessi did Treatments on a mother and daughter simultaneously who were having a mother daughter day.  So proud of my Ross Park team.”  The 3^rd Treatment of the day was done by Regina herself with one of her Frequent Guests getting her 2^nd Root to End Treatment!  What incredible teamwork!  Thank you!  ~ Nikki

A big thank you and congratulations to all involved here!  RP Salon Leader Dani shares, “I just wanted to let you know how proud we are of Paige!  She collaborated with our Buzz Agents Michaela and Carley to post a ‘Ross Parks Product of the Week’ going off her idea for the ‘Product of the Week’ in our salon.  Also, at our workshop last week she gave everyone a handout asking us for three products each that we rarely use or would like more information on so that we can start to utilize them more.  This was such a great idea and definitely created a buzz in the salon!  Just wanted you to know how proud we are of Paige, Michaela and Carley for continuing to educate us and our guests on our amazing products!”  So amazing!!  I asked Paige (pictured here) and she shares, “My goal is to help my team refresh on products so we can focus on education to our guests as well as provide more styling options for them.”  Such an incredibly innovative and smart idea Paige!  Great teamwork everyone!  ~ Nikki

Get ready to be wowed by this incredible Product Specialist Positivity Report starring Karly!  Salon Leader Ann shares, “I wanted to make you aware of an exceptional designer at South Hills Village/Siena…KARLY!  Karly has not only recently become a SENIOR level stylist with us, and a PRODUCT SPECIALIST, but she also came back from the Root to End Certification and got busy certifying all the designers at the Siena location and over half of the designers at the South Hills Village.  Karly has become a “Force of Growth” since she started only a year and a half ago.  She has grown not only in her technical skills, but in her customer service skills as well.  She is definitely someone to watch out for.  I am so proud of her development and growth and am looking forward to her going very far in this Company!  GREAT JOB KARLY!!!”  Wow thank you Ann!  And congratulations and thank you Karly for all you do as a stylist and as a Product Specialist!  I am super proud of you!! ~ Nikki

Great teamwork again from Dani and Regina at RP!  Regina reports, “Dani added her first treatment on yesterday!”  Dani’s kudos about Regina “I just had to tell you that I was certified on the Tela RTE Treatment on Monday by Regina.  She is amazing!!  Love working with her!  The amount of education I received from her on the treatment itself and how to educate the service to a guest, not to mention the video Kristen did on busystylist.com, allowed me to enhance my first treatment on a guest the very next day!  Kudos to all who is involved in the amount of education there is available in our company!”  I asked Dani about her guest’s reaction, “My guest Vikki said that her scalp felt soooo clean and soft and if she came in after work for this treatment, she would have not been able to get up out of the chair after that massage!”  Awesome all the way around you two!  Thank you for all you do! ~ Nikki
