Congratulations to Product Specialist Andrea for her incredible workshop presentation!  Rosemary shares, “Andrea did a fantastic job at our workshop getting the staff pumped for our upcoming Smart Styling sale!  She re-educated the staff on all of the wonderful uses of each product and how there’s something for everyone in our smart styling line!  She had the staff talk about their favorite products and what their favorite aspect of that product is.  It was great to see the staff sharing their favorite things, some of them the rest of us had never thought about!  Way to go Andrea!”  Wow, thanks Rosemary for sharing this amazing feedback!  I checked in with Andrea, she shares, “Westmoreland is focusing on Beauty at Home in the month of February.  We had a round table discussion at our workshop.  And we re-educated Smart Styling Products and shared usage and benefit tips.”  Thank you, Andrea for all you do as a Product Specialist!  Thank you too Rosemary for sharing this with us and for this fabulous photo! ~ Nikki

Hot off the presses! Ann just reported this incredible Positivity Report about Karly, Product Specialist and Stylist at SSC saying, “I wanted to share a story about our fabulous Rising Star, Karly. I asked her to come in today early to be an opening for us to take any walk-in guests. She graciously agreed knowing there were no guests currently scheduled on the book for her. A guest walked in for a brow wax service and it was given to Karly. While waxing her brows, Karly started a consultation with the guest and added on a single application of color, color lock and a Volumetric Haircut. What a great example of what a guest can expect when walking in, that we will ask about other services you may be interested in and accommodate you to the best of our abilities. GREAT JOB KARLY, You ARE a Force for Change!” AGREE!! So very proud of you Karly!!! You are truly a Philip Pelusi Rising Star!!! And thank you Ann for the big brag about Karly! ~ Nikki

Congratulations and great job to Product Specialist Shannon from SSC!  Shannon recently did a LIVE Instagram Video and Ann her Salon Leader says it was a HUGE success!  Ann shares, “Shannon did an Instagram Live Video while in the salon.  She talked about the #livefullyphilippelusi contest while answering questions about a variety of hair topics that the viewers were sending in.  It was so great seeing one of our Rising Stars on this type of Social Media platform for all our followers to see.  She gave such great advice with her vast knowledge of hair.  I am extremely proud of her and am so grateful that I get to work with someone who clearly LOVES what she does.  I look forward to the next live stream from her…tune in!”  Shannon says she talked “about everything from #livefullyphilippelusi to hair product advice to the latest trends.”  Great job Shannon!  And thank you Ann for sharing this great news about your amazing and talented Product Specialist Shannon! ~ Nikki

Way to go Karly!  Ann says, “Just wanted to share that our Product Specialist at Siena, Karly, educated 13 products on Sunday!!!!!  She sold 6 to a gentleman that walked in to buy a gift card for his wife for Christmas and educated her guests on the rest.  She had a 2.67 units per guest for the day.  She is truly a Rising Star!”  Totally agree Ann!  And thank you for sending this!!  Karly is amazing!!!  Great work Karly and thank you for your product passion and excellent guest service too!!!  What a record day!!  So proud of you! ~ Nikki

Thank you Dani for sharing this incredible Paige product achievement!  Dani reports, “Huge kudos to Paige for the month of November!  Her total BAH for the month was $2,126.22!!!!!  She educated 16 product systems since the beginning of November!!!!!  Paige is on the floor helping other designers educate as well and it is working!!!  This girl is truly amazing, and I had to make sure you knew her huge achievement!!!”  WOW, way to go Paige!  Fabulous guest communication, product personalization and problem solving with products!  And this is really a guest retention achievement too in that they are gonna love their hair and create stronger guest loyalty.  Dani also shares, “The trees on Paige’s mirror represent systems and the snowflakes represent individual products educated.  Just a little added visual incentive for the designers!!”  You are a super motivator Dani!!!  Congratulations Paige and thank you!! ~ Nikki

Huge congratulations and thank you to Paige, Product Specialist at RP, for her incredible October BAH results reported by her Salon Leader Dani!  Dani says, “I had to send a huge shout out about Paige.  Paige did $1160.51 in BAH for the month!!  This is another month where she exceeded $1000 in BAH!!!!  This girl is nothing short of amazing when it comes to educating her guests!  This is truly an amazing accomplishment!”  And Philip confirms this puts Paige in the top 15% of product producers in the company!  Congratulations Paige and job well done!  High BAH numbers means you are consistently every day, every guest connecting with those guests, a great consultation, problem solving with products at every point of the service and helping the guest with their product purchases.  So proud of you!  Thank you, Dani for always sharing your Product Specialists achievements! ~ Nikki
