Congratulations Jill on your Fave Rave and on your wonderful achievement of being one of the Top 10 BAH YTD Stylists!  Fantastic!  Here’s the dish on her fave Philip Pelusi product… “I love P2 Fixative!  I’ve been behind the chair for 20 years and up until now, I was never a fan of gel.  It always made the hair too hard to work with.  But now, with Fixative, I love the little bit of pull I get on the hair, while still leaving the hair soft and moveable.  I always tell my guests ‘this is how you will get your hair to listen.’  I just love how soft the hair remains while full of body.  I also love that it comes in a trial size.  I recommend this size first sometimes and I think this establishes trust between my guest and me.”
