Four of Philip Pelusi’s creative geniuses got together for an amazing photoshoot to premiere a Philip Pelusi Flash Hair Color technique!  All shown here working on model Claire, the perfect muse for this technique.

A timeless look featuring a truly stunning harmony of hair color hues and prestine hair condition, reflecting light with luminous shine.  The blunt bob Volumetric haircut has a lot of interior layering allowing this to be shapeshifting style worn in a multitude of styles as show here.
