“Mr. Pelusi made great choice when he hired Tracy to be the first person you are met by at the South Side location! She has a wonderful personality and is a perfect fit for the job! I am sure that she has a bad day, just as everyone does,  but you would never know it as she greets everyone with a big, warm smile. She makes you feel as though you are a friend and not just a client.

I would also like to tell you about the experiences I have had with Kristen. She has done a great job on my hair for approximately 15 years, but I would like to comment especially on the job she has done for the last few years. After a rare diagnosis and treatments I lost quite a bit of my hair and somehow she is able to make it look much thicker and fuller than it actually is. She is always very kind and compassionate, and she too has a way of making you feel like a friend rather than a client.
