Did you know Philip has always worked to elevate the beauty profession?  And still is today!  Philosophically he sees his designers as high fashion couture designers akin to Gucci, Versace, and Dolce & Gabbana.

In 1982 Philip created The Philip Pelusi International Design Team to showcase the coloring, styling, hair crafting and Volumetric cutting skills of his designers.  Their work has been published in thousands of national and international magazines. 

Most recently was the creation of The Philip Pelusi Artist Elite Designer and The Philip Pelusi Elite Colorist.  These programs were created as a way for designers to move their careers to a new level while creating greater income opportunities.  And their work and the creations of every Philip Pelusi Designer can be seen by millions instantly all over the world on Instagram and Facebook!
