Training in 2017:

As the New Year begins to unfold, we are looking forward to all the exciting new training initiatives that will begin to roll out in 2017. Philip’s passionate commitment to providing the best education available to our co-workers of all levels will be evident in the increased number of new training classes being held at SPACE. This laser-sharp focus on training will be our #1 mission with the objective to develop and create success throughout the organization.

2017 Training will bring:

• A renewed energy towards developing and enhancing the things that are part of the Philip Pelusi culture and brand. Things like Volumetrics, our exclusive P2 and Tela product lines, and our dedication to Healthy Hair, which have kept us unique and exclusive from our competition over all the past years.

• Volumetric Training. Each month at SPACE, we will hold a 3 Class Series of Volumetric Classes with Jeff for our newly hired stylists. We will also offer Advanced Volumetric Classes for our senior stylists looking for a Volumetric refresh. These also will be held by Jeff and scheduled by request and invitation.

• New Classes focusing on Balayage, Art of the Blowdry, Advanced Men’s Cutting, and other trending skill areas.

• A focus on developing existing and new Technical Leaders in our organization through specialized Leadership Training Classes being held monthly at SPACE. These will cover areas like Coaching Self-Marketing Skills, Coaching Creative Minds, Technical Leader Consultation Skills, and other areas of interests to our Technical Leader Team Members. 

We hope everyone is excited as we are for all the new training offerings coming this year, and to proving why our Consultants truly are “A Cut Above the Rest”
